Zibi Klapsia, our head chef, brings a passion for locally sourced ingredients and seafood to ISCA. With a background working across some of the South West’s most respected hotels and restaurants, including Michelin-starred experiences – his goal is to create memorable dining experiences that celebrate fresh produce, sustainability and innovation.

At ISCA, we are proud to source our free-range chicken from award-winning Beech Ridge Farm in Devon.
